I'm back!!!! Lalala... finally... was really really lazy the last week or so. eh think I'm not used to school yet so everyday i just come home and sleep and eat and then sleep again... and even if i'm on the comp i'll just be playing silly nonsensical games as usual so my blog went into a dormant state...

Anyway, this wk was not bad larh. At least school started and i got to meet up with my medicine frens and crap with them. Shumin conducting her pig's anatomy class to the OG gers, pris trying to pry apart the toffee and teasing the pple around me!!! it was all quite quite fun :)
Yeah and a new term means a new tutor and *drumroll* I got Prof Raj!!! woo hoo!!! Priscilla says i shudnt tell pple this cos they'll prob kill me for that but then cannot larh I am too impressed by him liao so must xuan4 yao4 a bit :)And somemore we waited half a yr to get him lorh... But the wait was worthwhile cos he's absolutely zai! I mean i know of tutors who draws during tutorials to explain a point and Prof Raj does it too... But he does it on a chalk board leh...yarh a chalk board & i thought such things din exist in NUS... so he drew out the compartments of the neck free hand then add in the structures as he goes through them and then shade in the muscles etc etc to show the relations. Wah everything just becomes so clear under his miao shou.... He's too good liao :) No wonder Prof Voon told us last time that during their time the best professors that left the most lasting impressions were the ones who could build things up on the board in front of the class. And he said he and prof raj were thinking of having "extra" lessons after class for those who were interested... heh lessons that teach us how to draw. hai but i guess they're too busy to go about doing it.... so sad.... otherwise i can go see my 2 ou xiangs at work together :(

Anyway, besides that... those who are free should go and try to spot the mistake in one of the standing cadavers on display in the anat hall. Err the one nearest to the first tutorial room. There's a mistake in the left lumbar/inguinal region... Prof raj told us to go spot the mistake and we had quite some fun trying to figure it out cos it means digging up the abdominal stuff from some remote corner of my brain and trying to make sense of it. Yarh but none of us got it and he told us the ans...So if u're free go and see k :)

My family's doing da sao chu or TRYING to do it... And chen yunxin is simply too lazy to do anything about the beeeeg mess she created in her room. Cos my house is so small, packing up to me means shifting my things to another corner and piling them up there and then when i want something i cant find it so i hafta go through the heap of stuff at it's new location and everything gets messy again :) so basically the mess spreads through the house... And this yr i think i shall just close the door during Chinese New Year and tell whoever wants to go in there's a beeeg monster behind the door :) heh good idea horh?

Haha it's seems to be something clumsy me would end up doing :) i hope i dun do anything silly in front of my patients next time :)
